ClatScope ("we," "our," or "us") respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information. This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you use the ClatScope mobile application available on the Google Play Store.

Information Collection and Use

ClatScope facilitates responsible open-source intelligence (OSINT) investigations by allowing users to query publicly available information such as IP addresses, domain names, email addresses, phone numbers, and usernames.

We collect only the minimum information required to operate the app and provide core functionality. This may include:

• Email address (if you contact support or use optional account features)
• ClatsToken balance and purchase status (for billing and usage control)
• Basic app diagnostics (crash logs and performance metrics)

We do not sell personal data, search queries, or usage activity to third parties. Data is not shared except where required by law or necessary to provide requested services.

Third-Party Services and APIs

Some advanced features rely on trusted third-party APIs to retrieve publicly available intelligence data (for example, threat intelligence or AI-powered analysis services). Queries sent to these services are limited to the information required to perform the requested lookup.

ClatScope does not control how third-party services independently process data. Users are encouraged to review the privacy policies of any external services involved.

Data Storage and Security

We apply industry-standard security practices to protect information processed through ClatScope. Where applicable, data is encrypted in transit and at rest using modern cryptographic standards.

ClatScope does not intentionally store sensitive personally identifiable information (PII) related to search targets. Limited account or support data may be retained only as long as necessary to provide services or meet legal obligations.

User Control and Data Deletion

You have full control over your personal data. ClatScope provides the following options for managing and deleting your information:

• In-App Account Deletion: You can permanently delete your account and all associated data directly within the app. Navigate to Settings > Delete Account to initiate the deletion process. This action is irreversible and will remove all personal data, ClatsToken balances, and account history.
• Email Request: Alternatively, you may request deletion of any personal data associated with your account by contacting us at [email protected]. Requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

Upon account deletion, your data will be permanently removed from our systems, except where retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes.

Ethical and Lawful Use

ClatScope is designed exclusively for ethical, educational, and lawful research purposes. Misuse, abuse, or illegal activity is strictly prohibited and may result in restricted or revoked access.

Children's Privacy

ClatScope does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that such information has been collected without parental consent, it will be promptly removed.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated effective date.

Refund Policy

Token purchases are subject to Google Play's billing and refund policies. Where applicable:

• Request Window: Refund requests must be made within 14 days of purchase.
